Tumble Tots (18 mo – 3 ½) 50 minutes
With one-on-one parental assistance and guidance from our staff, tots develop gross motor skills, coordination, balance, strength and body awareness by jumping, swinging, climbing and tumbling in a safe and stimulating gymnastics environment.
Kindergym (3 ½ - 5) 1 hr
Children are encouraged to explore a variety of movement activities that will build self-confidence and greatly improve future fitness.
Beginner Class (Boys & Girls ages 5 & up) 1 hr
Fun and fitness is the emphasis, yet we always encourage proper positions and techniques. This class will prepare children to proceed in our sequential gymnastics program.
Adv Beginner/Intermediate Girls Gymnastics
(USAG Levels 1 & 2) 1 ½ hours
Girls will move on to specific technical instruction in the USAG level system, and will further master basic and intermediate gymnastics skills.
Pre-Team (USAG Level 3) 2 hours
This class is ideal for girls who wish to stay in the recreational program, yet are ready to move on to more advanced level skills. It is also good preparation for girls who wish to move into our competitive team program. Girls wishing to be invited to join the Team program are encouraged to take this class twice a week.
Boys Class (Ages 5 and up) 1 ½ hour
In addition to basic tumbling skills, boys will explore events specific to men’s gymnastics, such as rings, high bar, pommel horse, etc. This class is ideal for boys wishing to participate in recreational gymnastics or for those who wish to move on to competitive gymnastics.
Circus Class (Ages 5 and up) 1 ½ hr
Learn acrobatics, gymnastics, static trapeze, juggling and more! Great way to have fun, get fit and be physically and mentally challenged! No experience necessary.
This class will feature gymnastics, circus skills, group names, and other activities that will develop both gross motor and fine motor skills. Inquire about a group discount.
This is a $15.00 drop-in class for teens and adults who want to get fit the fun way. Each class features gymnastics, tumbling, stretching and toning. No experience necessary. Great way to x-train for other sports!
Adult Class: Stretch & Tone
Similar to Pilates. This is a 1-hour drop-in class. Students will learn core strengthening, proper stretching, and other various exercisesthat offer toning for your entire body. $10/class OR punch cards available: 10 punches for $60.
JR Pre-Team Class (Ages 5 to 7) 1 1/2 Hr
A pre-team class for younger children.
